How do you pick out the clothes for your children ?

While my daughter looks for a prom dress I am shopping for baby clothes for my two sons. I am starting to shop for the fall weather since in a few months it will be here. I just love seeing my boys in overalls so I bought them overall sets.  I love overalls becaause they can be worn anywhere. I find them easy to put on my sons and they lpok super cute on them.

I think overalls are very versitile and can fit a little girl or a little boy. I like the color of the shirt because blue aquamarine is my favorite color and this blue and grey shirt is exactly what I would pick for my children. How do you choose what color to put on your children?
